- to wake up to the truth, your truth
- interact with the present
- choose courage
- follow that creative giddy
- embrace the processes
- accumulate “successes”
- decide and go
- improve and change
- declutter years past
- travel the unknown
- teach all you know
- trust
- celebrate your uniqueness

We were born on the roller coaster. We choose how to ride. White knuckled or hands in the air?
