You and only you can choose to shed the extra pounds. To get rid of the added physical and/or psychological baggage. The things that hinder your joy. That limit your freedom.
Will it take one action or regular exercise to accomplish? Make a plan today! Put step one on Monday’s to-do list. Maybe it’s research. Maybe it’s a phone call. The only way to lose the weight is to take action!
Grab a hand and head for the finish line. We all end up there. Do what it takes to get your best time!
